Shipping & Return Policy
Product returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for all freight charges. Products or packaging partially opened cannot be returned. All items must be in undamaged, unopened and in resalable condition when we receive it, otherwise no credit will be given. Products that have been tinted cannot be returned. If your return request has been approved, you will receive a Return Authorization notice with shipping instructions. No returns should be sent before receiving the Return Authorization notice.
Most SEAL-ONCE orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information after it has been shipped. If an e-mail address was provided with your order, we will attempt to e-mail that tracking information to the address provided.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, the size of the packaging and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the expected cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you do not agree with the shipping charges. Free shipping promotions are for Ground freight in the Continental United States and do not include Alaska, Hawaii, as well as certain island or rural addresses that may incur added freight charges.
We typically ship orders complete, but if an item is out of stock, we will contact you to determine if you want to ship a partial order, or wait for all items to be ready before shipping.
At this time, we ship to the US and Canada only. Canadian orders must be placed via phone at 888-363-2628 or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and do not qualify for any Free shipping promotions.
