SEAL-ONCE® ACRYLIC POLY Concrete and Masonry Sealer shields concrete and masonry from water damage and decay by forming a durable coating on surface. Its enhanced UV inhibitors and superior abrasion resistance offer additional protection against the elements.

The high-quality, low VOC long-lasting water-based polyurethane of our ACRYLIC POLY provides exceptional abrasion and UV-resistance, protecting concrete and masonry from weathering, scuffs and scratches, in addition to preventing cracking and spalling by impeding water intrusion.

The UV inhibitors in our ACRYLIC POLY prevent the natural color of concrete, brick and masonry from fading. It also prohibits stains caused by chemicals, mold, mildew and algae.

SEAL-ONCE ACRYLIC POLY is a water based, low-VOC, non-toxic, low odor formula that can be applied around landscaping, vegetation or open water without causing damage.
